Former model Pilawan ''Muay'' Ahreerob says the time for negotiations is over with a man she accuses of drugging her and undressing her in a city hotel.
Muay, 30, laid a complaint with Crime Suppression Division police on Wednesday, claiming a businessman she knows only by his nickname, ''God'', held her overnight against her will at the hotel following a meeting at a restaurant on June 7.
She said God hired her to appear at a birthday party at the Winebridge Restaurant on Lang Suan Road in Pathumwan district. A model friend had called her suggesting she take the work.
Muay said the job paid 5,000 baht and all she had to do was chat to the guests and hold the host's birthday cake, so she accepted.
When she turned up she was disconcerted to find no birthday cake, but made pleasant conversation. After taking one drink, she started to feel woozy. She can't remember what happened next, but suspects she was drugged.
The former Miss Maxim contestant said she woke up later that night at a nearby boutique hotel. She was in bed, and she and God were alone.
''Someone had undressed me. I was wearing a flimsy vest, which was not my own, and my underwear. When I asked what happened, God tried to leave. I managed to call a friend, who turned up and confronted him,'' she said.
Muay suspects her host drugged her and took her to the hotel to have his way with her, though he denies it. A day after the incident, Muay's manager Theerakorn Lertpatipankul contacted God.
He said God told him he took Muay to the hotel because she was feeling unwell, and undressed her because she complained of the heat. Security footage shows a man dragging her semi-conscious body into the hotel.
Mr Theerakorn said he proposed God settle the matter with 100,000 baht in compensation and an admission of guilt, but he refused.
As police build their case, they sent Muay to Lat Phrao hospital on Thursday for a checkup. The results are expected in two weeks.
Speaking at the hospital, Muay said the time for talking to God is over. ''I feel disgusted with him, and hope no one else has to go through the same ordeal,'' she said.
Online, people have criticised Muay since news of her plight came to light. Media reports misprinted the 5,000 baht appearance fee as 50,000 baht, which led some to believe that if she had accepted such a fee, she must have known her host wanted to take her to bed. -

Amie |
Model Omsawan ''Amie'' Sirikittirat says her appearance in a sexy video, the same day she attended her former boyfriend's ordination ceremony at a temple, was not supposed to cause him grief.
Amie appears in a one-minute erotic clip released on the internet last week. As a young man helps her undress in a shower cubicle, the pair share hugs and kisses.
The clip came to light on Tuesday, just hours after Amie attended the ordination ceremony of her former love, Taiwanese tearaway Howard Wang, at Wat Phleng in Nonthaburi.

Defending her appearance in the clip, Amie said its release on the same day was merely a coincidence.
The clip appears to be taken secretly, with the camera lingering above the cubicle as a young man takes off her bra. When Amie looks up, the cameraman ducks away.
The sexy clip sparked media reports that Amie had been caught necking in public, though the model denied this was so.
The 2012 Miss Maxine modelling contestant said the clip was a mere promotional video, but declined to comment further as she didn't want to spoil Howard's big day.
''I don't want to cause the monk's yellow robes to heat up,'' she said, referring to Howard. She said the clip was made to promote a TV show, and details would be released on Thursday.
Howard, a model and former singer who has lived in Thailand since the age of six, was deported in March for convictions last year on assault and drugs offences. He said he re-entered the Kingdom in April to give Amie a birthday present.
Amie, however, filed a police complaint accusing him of breaking into her house to deliver the gift. Police arrested him for overstaying and the housebreaking attempt. The Criminal Court late last month freed him on bail as he awaits deportation. He has decided to enter the monkhood to make amends and forge a new start.
As he took the saffron robes, tattoo-clad Howard was given the name ''Chorttamor'', meaning someone who is given new life through practising dhamma. Howard said he intended to shut out news of the outside world for the next two weeks so he can attain inner peace. -

Comedian Pongsak Pongsuwan is pleading to be left alone after his work was criticised by pro-monarchists on social media sites.
The comic, also known as Teng Terdterng, last week visited Technology Crime Suppression Division police with his lawyer, after the release of a clip from a comedy show which he says has been deliberately misrepresented.
''I am just a poor boy from the country whose mother taught him to revere the King, and who has passed on the same instruction to his own children,'' he said.
''Don't drag me into politics. I want to occupy the middle ground,'' he told Pol Maj Gen Pisit Paoin.
Critics on social media have lashed him for his appearance on a TV Channel 3 comedy show in which he appeared to be mimicking the King.
Teng appears on a rickshaw holding a camera, as he is wheeled about looking at the sights, in the Feb 17 episode of Ching Roi Ching Larn.
Responding to the criticism, Workpoint Entertainment, which produces the show, said the episode was a parody of a Thai novel about two Thais who fall in love in Japan.
Teng was sitting on a rickshaw, not a wheelchair, and used his camera to capture the scenery of Japan, it said. Pol Maj Gen Pisit said the clip appeared to breach Section 112 of the Criminal Code, otherwise known as the lese majeste law. Anyone found spreading the clip could be charged.
Raising further questions about whether Teng is allowing his political preferences to show, critics are also pointing to his appearance at red shirt leader and Deputy Commerce Minister Nattawut Saikuar's birthday celebrations on June 4.
Teng told Mr Nattawut: ''I want [exiled former prime minister and red shirt hero] Thaksin Shinawatra to come home.''

Asked about his comments, Teng said he made the remark just to please his host.
''I am merely an artist, not a politician. If my employer makes bread, I can hardly accept his offer then say I prefer someone else's product,'' he said.
Teng said he knew he was serving as mere ''food'' for opposing factions in a political squabble.
''If you drag my name into politics, how will I survive as a comedian? All I want is a small space in which to make a living,'' he said.
Motor racer Pai ''One Point'' Lik has lost his defamation case against two television hosts after the Appeal Court found he was not known well enough under the nickname used by the pair.
The court's judges last week overturned a conviction brought down by a lower court against Kan Pak (Itch to Speak) hosts Chettawut ''Buay'' Watcharakun and Pornthip ''Ae'' Wongkijanon, and Channel 7.
Mr Pai, a motor racer and son of former veteran politician Ruangwit Lik, sued them for remarks broadcast in 2010, when they claimed that he and close friend, actress Yardthip ''Yard'' Rajpal, shacked up together and liked to take drugs. They referred to him by his nickname, One Point.
In August, 2011, the Criminal Court found the TV hosts had defamed him. They sentenced the pair to three months in jail and fined them 30,000 baht, discounted by a third, and suspended for one year.
The Appeals Court, which has now overturned that conviction, said that while Mr Pai was known in motor racing circles as One Point, and had up to 100 members in his racing team, he was nonetheless not well known enough to the public at large for the TV hosts' claims to do any damage.
The TV hosts did not refer to him by his real name, but as One Point.
The court said most members of the public would have to look up his name to identify him as the subject of the claims. When Mr Pai stood unsuccessfully for his father's seat in Kamphaeng Phet province in 2007, he contested the race under his real name, the court said.
Buay and Ae welcomed the decision.
