Grammy chairman Paiboon Damrongchaitham says he has yet to meet Sek since his former wife accused him of taking drugs.
"He has called to say sorry for causing so much fuss, but we have yet to meet for a chat,'' he said. Grammy called in Sek for a meeting on Tuesday, but the rocker, who is touring in the Northeast, failed to show.
Sek was dealing with some personal problems, and the public should give him a break.
"He is probably having trouble coping with a saga as big as this,'' he said, adding that Grammy regarded itself as a family, and Sek as one member of it.

On her Facebook page, Kan accused Sek of throwing herself and their three children out of their home, breaching the terms of a separation agreement, mistreating her physically and mentally, and smoking drugs in front of the children.
She said last week her children do not want her to get back together with their father.
"They say I've forgiven him too many times already. I'm taking their advice. It's too late for us to start again, as Sek has another woman in his life.
"I'm not giving him custody. If he wants to raise children, he'll have to start again with the other woman. However, he's free to contact the children any time he likes,'' she said.
Meanwhile, Sek has left a message for the young woman he claims as his new girlfriend, urging her to admit publicly they are seeing each other.
A day after Kan opened her salvo against Sek on Facebook, Sek replied saying he was now seeing someone else. He identified her as model Prangchat "Pan'' Phipatwirawat, 22.
He also referred to his dispute with Kan, joking that a man with many wives can only expect such trouble occasionally.
Pan and her mother, however, denied she was seeing Sek.
In response to those claims, Sek has published a Facebook message urging Pan to open up about their relationship. He also published a fan-style photo of himself and Pan together.
"Darling, don't tell them you don't know me. If you try to get by in this life by lying, you'll never find happiness. Remember I taught you never to flee from problems? Don't be scared ... I will look after everything.''
In English, he added: "Just Relaxxx n? F---Them ! You?re gonna be A STAR OK?!?''
Sek has also criticised his former wife at a concert in Khon Kaen. Performing at a Red Cross fair, Sek spoke to the audience at the end of songs he was performing, referring to his marital and drug problems, gossip rag Siam Dara said.
"I have many wives, and love them all. I promise to look after them all,'' he said at the end of one song. On another occasion: "My wife is no good. She's hurt my reputation. But I hold no grudges, and will carry on looking after her and the kids just as before.''
And: "The picture of me which appears in the media is no good. Teenagers should not emulate me on any account.''
A former actress and an actor who have accused each other of assault say they still love each other, even though their dispute has now reached the police. -

Former actress Saithan "Tai'' Niyomkarn says she still loves actor Rattapol "Knight'' Julpema, despite a recent rocky patch in their relationship.
Former childhood friends, they started seeing each other about three months ago.
Their latest dispute started when Tai published pictures of herself, battered and bruised on Facebook two weeks ago, after she said Knight attacked her during an argument over his notebook computer.
Tai had gone to his place on Dec 5 to retrieve some objects which she had left with him for safekeeping. No one was home, so she helped herself to his notebook computer, and left a note saying she had taken it.
"I had asked him to return some photographs but he had yet to do so. I took the notebook, as I wanted to know what else was on it,'' Tai said. "I found he had taken pictured of me undressed, while sleeping at a hotel.''
"When he turned up at my place, he demanded I return the notebook. He said his mother had laid a complaint with police that I broke into their place.''
Tai said she laid a complaint against Knight after he went to police, a couple of days after their argument, to complain she assaulted him.
She took along a doctor's certificate attesting to her injuries, including a large welt on her forearm, which she says stemmed from their Dec 5 argument.
She has also published pictures of herself with bruises to her face, arms and hands on Facebook, dating from an earlier row in September.
Knight went before the media two days after Tai's Facebook claims to deny assaulting his former girlfriend. He took off his shirt and showed a scar on his midriff which he said Tai gave him after she attacked him with a fork.
"Tai inflicts harm on herself. She gets drunk and flies into rages, hitting the wall with her fist,'' he said.
Tai denied the claims. "I still love him, but I want him to ask whether he will love me with his heart, his mind, or abandon himself to emotion,'' she said.
Knight has now posted a Facebook message urging Tai to call off their row. He promised to marry her, though Tai said he has made such pledges before. Police say they are likely to call in the couple for questioning. -

Actor Phasut "Art'' Banyaem says he has no recollection of going out with sexy model and VJ Pilasinee "Ice'' Pichaikulworasiri, despite her claim the two have been seeing each other for two years.
Art said he was astounded to read remarks in the media by Ice, who claimed the two were going steady until a month ago, when she discovered Art was going out with someone else.
Art said he has a girlfriend, but it's not Ice.
He declared two years ago that he and actress Patcharin "Fon'' Jadkrabuanpol were seeing each other, and insists he has been faithful.
"As for Ice, I suppose we might have met, but we have never gone out,'' he said.
"She claims she saw me at a film opening about a year ago, and that she was surprised to see me accompanying Fon.
"But Fon and I declared we were seeing each other well before that.
"For Ice to claim that she stopped seeing me a month ago because I was going out with Fon is nonsense,'' he said.
Fon was worried by Ice's claims, but he had since reassured her that none of it was true. -

Convicted fraudster Nathan Oman says he is not worried if people cannot forgive him for his misdeeds, as the King has pardoned him, and that's all that matters.
Former singer Nathan was among the people who were released from jail two weeks ago under the King's annual pardon for inmates.
Nathan, who served eight months of his one-year term in Loei provincial jail before he received his pardon, said he was determined to turn over a new leaf.
However, he would not say how he intended to repay Sithiporn "Mod'' Kortudomporn, whom he defrauded of 740,000 baht while he stayed with her family in the province's Chiang Khan district last year.
The court ordered him to repay 702,800 baht of that amount. Mod, a market trader, is battling to make ends meet after Nathan's scheming left her with heavy debts.
"I have done many terrible things, but I realise I was wrong and don't want to lie to people any more,'' Nathan said.
"I have received a pardon from the King, which is highest honour I could imagine. I don't expect people to accept or forgive me. But the King has pardoned me, so the rest doesn't matter,'' he said. Nathan said he would repay the debts, but would not say how, as it was a "personal'' matter.
